  • From the Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport to the Central Library of the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest (the conference venue):

    1. By Taxi:
      o Use authorized taxis only. The fare typically ranges from 2.29 RON/km to 3.5 RON/km, depending on the company. Confirm the rate with your driver before starting your journey. For more details, please visit Bucharest Airports - Taxi.
      o Alternatively, use taxi apps such as Bolt, Uber, or Clever Taxi for convenient booking and transparent pricing.
    2. By Public Transport:
      o Express Bus Line 100: This line connects the airport to Piața Unirii in the city center. Tickets can be purchased via contactless payment methods on the bus. For more information please visit https://www.bucharestairports.ro/ro/transport/autobuz.
    3. By Train:
      o A direct train service connects the airport to Gara de Nord (Bucharest North Railway Station).

 

  • From the Bucharest North International Railway Station (Gara de Nord) to the Central Library of the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest (the conference venue):

    1. By Taxi:
      o Use authorized taxis only. The fare typically ranges from 2.29 RON/km to 3.5 RON/km, depending on the company. Confirm the rate with your driver before starting your journey.

    2. By Subway:
      o Take the M1 (yellow) subway line and get off at Grozavesti Station (please check out the subway map here). Walk approximately 10-12 minutes to the Central Library of POLITEHNICA Bucharest.
    3. By Bus or Trolleybus:
      o Take Trolleybus 61, 62, 63 and get off at Politehnica Bus Station.
      o Take Trolleybus 90 and get of at Complex Grozavesti Bus Station.
      o Take Bus 105 and get of at Podul Grozavesti Bus Station.
      o After using any of the above three options, walk approximately 10-12 minutes to the Central Library of POLITEHNICA Bucharest.
