Final Paper Submission

After paper acceptance: camera-ready manuscript submission

In November 2012, the IEEE Publication Services and Products Board (PSPB) approved a new policy that requires all IEEE content to be screened for possible plagiarism. In order to support this new policy, IEEE provides the premier plagiarism detection tool CrossCheck. Therefore, the final papers will be submitted by the Programme Committee to the IEEE Cross Check for conformity.

The reviewer's comments received in the notification e-mail have to be taken into account. Do not forget to add authors' names, affiliation, address, and e-mail.
English must be carefully checked.

The Final Paper must be uploaded by February 28, 2019 in ATEE OpenConf System.

Formatting rules

Papers must conform to ATEE double column format. Submissions that do not comply to the template will be rejected.

Do NOT insert any other headers and footers, or page numbers.

Templates for papers are available in DOC, Latex and PDF formats.

Templates with authors' name:

Download MS Word Template (final manuscript)
Download PDF Template (final manuscript)
Download Latex Template (final manuscript)

Note about Attachments
Due to unavoidable differences in computer programs, authors may detect very slight differences between these templates. Papers following any of these templates and adhering to IEEE PDF requirements will be acceptable.

IEEE is very strict about the requirements for converting application files or PostScript files to full-text PDF for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®. Please follow the detailed instructions in "IEEE PDF File Preparation Guide for IEEE Xplore®", which describes the essential steps in distilling PDFs that meet IEEE requirements.

The most important issue is to make sure that all fonts used in the paper are EMBEDDED, especially for papers from Asia and Europe. The "IEEE PDF File Preparation Guide for IEEE Xplore®" details the process to ensure that all fonts used are embedded and subsetted. Failure to embed and subset fonts is the biggest obstacle to PDF compliance with IEEE Xplore®. Papers failing to meet IEEE Xplore® PDF requirements may be rejected.

IEEE PDF eXpress Plus is a free service to ATEE 2019 Conference, allowing authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). The PDF eXpress Plus service is located at http://www.pdf-express.org/plus/
