Participation fee for one accepted paper* :

Regular fees

- Participants - 150 EUR / 750 RON

- Students** - 70 EUR / 350 RON for student only papers

IEEE Participants***

- Members - 120 EUR / 600 RON

- Students** - 60 EUR / 300 RON for student only papers

*) Each additional paper will be charged with 30 EUR / 150 RON.

**) Students must provide evidence of their afiliation, properly endorsed.

The fees include: full access to the scientific programs, proceedings and access to social events for the registered participant.

The fees do not include the money transfer fees, which are in the registrant's charge.

Each registered participant may not present more than two papers.

Payment can be made through Bank Transfer or PayPal. We do not accept credit cards and checks (money orders).
